I have read and will adhere to the guidelines and policies for the Ask-an-Alum Program. Alumni in the program have volunteered to assist you, please be respectful and courteous of their time. The Ask-an-Alum Program is not to be used to ask for a job. If you select to contact the alum, please follow through with the contact. We limit the contacts to three at a time, so we don’t overwhelm you. You are able to continue talking to as many alumni as often as you want. After completing the contact with the alumni, please complete the Ask-an-Alum evaluation.

I hereby authorize Career Services and The University of Montana to release my personal information contained within the Ask-an-Alum system to alumni and friends for the purpose of assisting me in my career development. Furthermore, I hereby release Career Services and The University of Montana-Missoula from any liability and hold them harmless as the result of my voluntary participation in the Ask-an-Alum Program.
