Student Access
Congratulations! You are a student at The University of Montana. You know how to find the Bookstore and the Food Zoo. Now you are starting to think about building your resume and finding a job. Use the Ask-an-Alum Program to find out about life in the “real world!”
Ask-an-Alum is a useful resource in which students can find help with making academic choices, gather career information and network through alumni. By searching the database of volunteers by major, you can find out about the employment and economic outlook of that field. Sorting by geographical location can help you network, plan job search strategies or learn about the pros and cons of certain areas. Perhaps you are interested in gaining an insider's perspective on a certain company when preparing for an interview. Our goal is to help you learn about the world of work by talking with professionals. Who knows better than someone who is doing it!
Whether you are a student just starting your academic career or nearing graduation, life presents a lot of questions. The Ask-an-Alum Program can help you explore the possibilities and prepare for life after college. Don't let a great opportunity pass you by!
